NorExpedition provides information and booking services for nature tours and outdoor adventures in Northern Ontario. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Guided hiking tours
• Fishing expeditions
• Wildlife watching experiences
• Boating and canoeing trips

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of NorExpedition's services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking tours or creating an account
• Comply with all local laws and regulations during your tours
• Respect the environment and wildlife in Northern Ontario
• Follow safety guidelines provided by our guides and staff

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Our booking and cancellation policies are as follows:

• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund
• No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour date

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in NorExpedition tours, you acknowledge that outdoor activities involve inherent risks. You agree to sign a liability waiver before participating in any tour or activity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the NorExpedition website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of NorExpedition or its content suppliers and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.
